About Us

The Kellar-Davis Family was started in June 2000 with the partnership of Mitch Davis and Bob Kellar. They began doing real estate sales under the name Kellar-Davis Inc. The company takes pride in being “A Professional Real Estate Corporation” and those words have been the standard bearer for Kellar-Davis Inc. since serving our very first client. At Kellar-Davis Inc., where the client always comes first, only the highest standards of integrity and ethics are implemented.

Mitch Davis began his real estate sales career in 1972 in the San Fernando Valley. For the past twenty years he has been very active in Southland Region Association of Realtors (SRAR) as a board member and was president of the organization in 2000.

Bob Kellar, upon his retirement from the Los Angeles Police Department in 1993, began his real estate sales career in Santa Clarita. Bob has also been active with SRAR as a past board member and was president of the Santa Clarita Division of Realtors in year 2000. Bob has also served on the Santa Clarita Valley City Council since 2000 and in 2004, 2008 and currently has served as the Mayor of the City of Santa Clarita.

The office manager for Kellar-Davis Inc. is Marty Kovacs. Marty is also a retired Los Angeles Police Officer having served 23 years. He has an extensive real estate sales background and in 2006 obtained his State Brokers License.

Currently Kellar-Davis Inc. has thirty-five full time professional real estate agents working at both its Santa Clarita office located at 16670 Soledad Canyon and its Newhall office located at 26364 Sierra Highway Ste C.
